The Challenge

With the onset of COVID-19, learning institutions at all levels were catapulted into online teaching. This created the increasing need to manage student information in a completely different way than the traditional brick and mortar school environment. Our client, Genius, had truly built a better Student Information System (SIS), but needed to build their brand and drive awareness of their offering in a competitive environment that included some large, established companies.

What We did

Genius tapped us to help them from start to finish. We started with brand strategy work, codifying the marketplace position and developing a new brand architecture. We then updated their visual brand identity system that included multiple product lines (K-12, higher education, corporate). Finally, we launched a targeted online campaign to drive awareness and interest in the K-12 platform, Genius Class. This included developing an SIS whitepaper as a lead generation vehicle for their sales team.
