John is the founder of BTP Unite and oversees all client engagements. He is a Chicago agency veteran, serving in several executive leadership roles: President at Y&R, Element 79, and Secret Fort. He also served as Chief Operating Officer for mcgarrybowen Chicago. He is an account guy at heart, leading global client engagements for several Fortune 500 companies.
Danny oversees all creative engagements at BTP Unite in addition to plying his writing craft on many projects. He is also Founder & President of Twist Your Thinking and is an author, mentor, and speaker. He’s an award-winning creative director who served in senior roles at FCB and Element 79.
David oversees all design and art direction at BTP Unite. He is also the proprietor of his own creative side-gig, WorkBoensch. His agency experience includes MSK, VML, Digitas, Element 79, FCB, and Valentine Radford. He has extensive experience across B2C, B2B and all creative disciplines.
Neal leads all brand and message strategy across BTP and BTP Unite. Previously, he held senior roles at national agencies Edelman, Element79, FCB, and Leo Burnett. He has particularly enjoyed leading Brand Promise work for clients like the Chicago History Museum, Habitat for Humanity, University of Chicago and The Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital.
Jess is a social-first, big-idea thinker with a penchant for building highly-engaged communities. She has 13+ years of experience in advertising, art direction, social strategy and community management. She’s worked with e-commerce, packaged goods, banking and electronics brands to create compelling campaigns that drive interaction, sales and loyalty. Her passion is finding creative solutions, no matter the medium.
Matt plays a key project management role for the agency. His experience includes data-driven consumer engagement programs, executed via Email campaigns, press releases, blogs, social, display, SEO/SEM, websites, and events. He earned his Masters of Integrated Marketing Communications from Medill School at Northwestern University.
Paul serves as the BTP Unite production partner for all video and on-line production. He is also CEO of InCight Inc and owner of the Collaborynth Production & Collaboration Platform. Previously, he served as Director, Digital and Broadcast Communications at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Chief Content Integration Officer at Sears Holdings.
Jeff serves as the go-to content strategy partner for BTP Unite. He created the content strategy discipline at LBCo/Arc and has since worked with dozens of agency and client partners. He co-developed the Content Strategy Certification Program at the ANA and has significant experience in eCommerce, website, SEO/SEM, and social/digital.
Sam serves as an ideal media resource for BTP Unite. He is the founder and owner of Effective Media & Adaptive Campaigns, a programmatic creative digital platform. He is an adjunct professor of integrated media planning at Loyola University’s Quinlan School of Business. His expertise includes: Digital/social, offline planning and buying, and programmatic planning, buying and creative.
